PRAYER OF RIGHTEOUSNESS

Do you want your prayers to avail much? Come clean with GOD and others, by confessing and praying. In doing that expect healing. Many don't get healing sometimes, because their heart is not right with others. If their heart is not right with others, it is not right with GOD. Because in Mark 11: 25-26 says when you pray Forgive, if you have an ought against someone, that GOD will forgive you your trespasses. But if you do not forgive, your Father in Heaven will not forgive you . So come clean by allowing your heart and mind to be free and clear from all unrighteousness. Forgive and receive the blessings the Lord have for you.  

PRAY FOR THOSE IN AUTHORITY

In 1 Timothy 2:1-3 encourages us to pray, intercede and give thanks for all men, kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty. for this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior. So it is very important that we pray without ceasing or stopping for them. 1 Thessalonians 5:17.

Pray without CEASING

1Thessalonians 5:17 admonished us to pray without ceasing. Many times situations occurs in ones life unexpectedly, because of a lack of continuous prayer, it causes them to get into fear, doubt, and unbelief. But having a constant prayer life is very beneficial, that when bad situations occurs you will not weaver in faith, but believe and know that GOD will never leave you nor forsake. Besides nobody wants a friend that never talks to HIM.    

The Prayer of Agreement

Matthew 18:19, 20 verses 

19 says NKJV “Again I say to you that if two of you agree on earth concerning anything that they ask, it will be done for them by My Father in Heaven.” 

Verse 20 says “For where two or three are gathered together in My Name, I am there in the midst of them.” 

From the Message Bible it says in v.19 “When two of you get together on anything at all on earth and make a prayer of it, My Father in Heaven goes into action." 

Verse 20 says "and when two or three of you are together, because of me, you can be sure that I’ll be there." 

The Prayer of Agreement is very POWERFUL, if it is done correctly. We know that Prayer is to communicate directly to as a petition to GOD. Agreement means an understanding between two or more parties, a contract. When you come into an agreement with someone, both or all parties have to agree on the same thing. One individual can’t be praying, believing, or thinking one thing and the others are doing the opposite. But everyone has to be on one accord believing the same thing. Many times a person's prayer doesn’t get answered because the person they asked to prayer for them, they don’t even like that person, but they know he or she can get a prayer through to GOD. You and your friends sitting around talking about your Pastor, the man or woman of GOD and when trouble hits, you are running to him or her for prayer, knowing within you don’t like that person. Although that person does not know you don’t like him or her, GOD knows your heart and you will not receive anything from GOD, until you get it RIGHT! GOD is not the author of confusion, but a GOD of peace. He will not be in the midst of confusion. Many prayers or blessings are held up and hindered, because of confusion among each other, especially with husband and wife, Pastor and church members, or friends and family. Many times during an argument or disagreement,someone becomes offended about something that was said or done, and suddenly something happens, where prayer is needed, then you say lets pray. NO, NO, NO, STOP! How are you going to call your wife out of her name, talk about your Pastor and his family, talk about your friend with the other friend and expect GOD to be in the midst of that? Your prayer is not going anywhere and that is WHY you must take care things immediately! By forgiving, after things happen and not allow offenses to linger in your HEART, because you’ll never know when you will need the Prayer of Agreement. Ephesians 4:26 nkjv says "be angry, and do not sin: do not let the sun go down on your wrath, v. 27 says "nor give place to the devil." Many times situations occur where prayer is needed, right after the enemy comes with confusion, because the enemy knows your prayers will be hindered. So if he does certain things to you, your church, or your family, no prayers will be answered, because there is confusion in the midst. 

The Prayer of Agreement is very powerful, but when two or more parties allow friction to come in the midst, your Prayer of Agreement will not be effective. That is WHY things are at a standstill in homes, and in churches. When a church comes together corporally to prayer for certain things, if there is confusion among one another the Prayer or the Blessing of the whole church can be hindered. Same goes in the home and among friends, don’t let no one talk about your Man or Woman of God, neither do you. If this is the person God has connected you with as a prayer partner, to cover you and your family, don’t take it lightly and don’t take it for granted. Your life or your family members lives could depend upon it. So before you go forth with a Prayer of Agreement make sure all hearts and minds are clear and everyone is on one accord, minding the same thing, then the Prayer of Agreement will be effective.             

Fasting and Praying

Today I will be coming to you from the PRAYER LINK. In Mark 9:25-29 JESUS spoke to the evil spirit that had kept a boy from speaking or hearing. JESUS commands the evil spirit to come out of the boy and not to bother him again. As the evil spirit left the boy screaming and made the boy shake all over then it came out, the boy looked dead. But JESUS took the boy hand and helped him up. As JESUS and the disciples had gone back home and were alone, they asked this question. Why couldn’t we force out the evil spirit. Mark 9:29 in the AMP JESUS told the disciples, “This kind cannot be driven out by anything, but by prayer and fasting.”  As believers prayer and fasting is very important. Prayer and fasting is a secret weapon of the born again believers. God turns things around and things happen when you begin to fast and pray. So whatever you are going through right now GOD wants to bring you out by way of you fasting and praying. Fasting doesn’t move GOD but it move us (the flesh) out of the way, sometimes we allow certain things to take first place in our lives, that hinders the Spirit of God from really moving like it should and it’s not big things, but it is those little foxes, that spoil our vineyards or harvest. So fasting, denying, and crucifying ourselves (or flesh) as believers along with prayer are very important.

Fast means to abstain from food, to eat sparingly or abstain from some foods. As believers we also can abstain from other things and deny ourselves. God expects us to deny ourselves daily if we are going to follow Him successfully. Deny means to restrain (oneself) from gratification of desires. Anything or anyone that is hindering us from walking in the purpose and plan that God has for our life, we need to get rid of it. HE expects the old man to stay crucified, crucify means to destroy the power of, crucify the flesh, to mortify. Mortify means to destroy the strength or function of, to subdue or deaden as the body or bodily appetites. We know there are many bodily appetites, which many crave outside the WILL of GOD, and some of those appetites have become out of control and have become a habit or even an addiction. As believers the Fruit of the Spirit is available to us, and within the Fruit of the Spirit is self-control, and God don’t expect us to allow anything or anyone to have such control over us, for 1, HE is a jealous GOD, 2, the price has already been paid on the Cross. But many have allowed it to get so bad, where they are making a statement like, “I can’t do without my coffee in the morning. If I don’t have my coffee, my day won’t go right.” That is giving too much control to the coffee. It is in GOD we live, move and have our being. Not through coffee! The things we say are very powerful! In order for the power of something, to be destroyed in our life we have to PRAY and add FASTING to it.


Many times we pray and God answers. Then a few months later, you or your loved one is facing that same situation. Sometimes every season or every year around the same time the same situation comes up. In Mark 9: 25b, Jesus said, “you dumb and deaf spirit, I charge you to come out of him and never go into him again.” So fasting and praying is a powerful weapon in the lives of  the believers, and you can get rid of some things once and for all through fasting and praying.       

Prayer Availeth Much

Today I will be coming to you from the PRAYER LINK. The scripture is coming from James 5:16b “the effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much and continues to avail much, as long as he is in right standing with God.

The prayer of a person living right with God is something Powerful. He/she may make mistakes along the way but they have a prayer life. David made some bad choices and decisions that were not pleasing unto God but David had a relationship with God. David had a prayer life; David knew how to get it right with God in such a way that God said David was “a man after his own heart.” That was after he messed up. And David also knew how to encourage himself. It is very important that we stay focused in the things of God even if you mess up because God have not and will not change His mind about the purpose and plan that he has for your life. So allow your test to be processed into a testimony. It does not matter how it looks, how it feels, or even what people will say, you just have to know that if God said it, you believe it and that settles it. It may seem like what God said is farfetched than what your present situation looks like, around you. Just know that your present situation is temporary and anything that is temporary is subject to change. If you hold on, and know that God can’t lie, He said it, He will come through and bring it to past. You will be able to look back and say, “Look what the Lord has done.” He will take your test and process it into a testimony.

Life of Prayer

Even  in the MIST of your TRIALS, never stop PRAYING, don't GIVE UP on GOD, because HE won't GIVE UP on you, no MATTER what. We can LEAVE and let go of HIM,while HE will never LEAVE us nor will HE forsake US and NOTHING we do catch GOD by surprise. HE doesn't expect us to CONTINUE in our WRONG doing, but HE expects us to RECOGNIZE our WRONG doings, CONFRONT them and TURN away IMMEDIATELY. Many will take HEED to the way of ESCAPE, while others will IGNORE the opportunity to get it RIGHT, not realizing HIS SPIRIT is not going to STRIVE with us ALWAYS. So PRAYER plays a MAJOR part in our SPIRITUAL walk with GOD.
